At Cotta, the semi-covered open air restaurant, savor entrée style salads, traditional and non-traditional thin crust pizzas as well as authentic local dishes. Chef Ashton and his team have taken classic Indonesian dishes and while preserving the authentic flavors, substituted the best possible ingredients.

Coast offers a truly unique dining setting just steps away from Kelating’s black-sand beach. Utilizing the freshest products available, varied techniques and offering playful combinations, Chef Ashton and his team create a harmony of flavors and textures with each dish.

It lies within the Tabanan Regency, one of Bali's most fertile and picturesque regions.
