Clandestino Milano is the restaurant at Maison Moschino, where exquisite cooking meets surreal playfulness. Chef Moreno Cedroni teamed up with kitchen superstar Ferran Adri and realised that everything could be dared.

Following the success of his experiments with Italian sushi at the Clandestino Susci Bar in Portonovo, the now famous restaurateur has migrated and updated that project to the metropolis of Milan and Maison Moschino.

Irony and linguistic games are two of the ingredients in Cedroni's unusual creations – a menu filled with monochromatic sushi dishes that add a bit of humour to your breakfast, lunch, or aperitif.
