Internationally acclaimed three-star Michelin chef and entrepreneur Jean-Georges Vongerichten has made his Canadian debut at Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver. Market by Jean-Georges is the hotel's signature restaurant, offering four distinct dining atmospheres: outdoor terrace, casual dining in the Georgia Room, a modern dining room and the musical chair bar with 29 seats. The culinary focus of this Jean-Georges restaurant will be on seasonal, regional ingredients with particular emphasis on fresh, local seafood.

Lounges & Bars Xi Shi Lounge features dramatic two-storey floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor art galleria curated by the Vancouver Art Gallery.
