There are seven restaurants and bars to choose from in the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, including Sushi SoBe and Preston's Brasserie.

At Sushi SoBe, traditional sushi favorites combine with delicious, innovative dishes created by Master Sushi Chef Osamu "Fuji" Fujita, one of only eight Master Sushi Chefs in the U.S., and the only Master Sushi Chef in Miami. At Sushi SoBe Miami, the authentic ambiance perfectly complements the sensational cuisine, with neutral tones and chic, Asian-inspired décor.

Boasting one of the few oceanfront restaurant views in South Beach, Preston’s Brasserie features an infusion of South American and Tropical flavors with a slight American twist. Executive Chef Frederic Delaire and Chef de Cuisine Jason Prevatt, introduce signature items like the Paradise Farms Organic Salad, Chilled Avocado Soup, Key West Snapper Tacos and the Gaucho Breakfast (also available for lunch) featuring cage free eggs, churasco steak and yucca fries.
