The globally inspired menu features Pacific, Southwest, Mediterranean and distinct local flavors. Signature menu highlights include sesame-encrusted yin yang prawns, house made tapenades, spiced almonds and grilled local vegetables, macaroni and cheese with apple-smoked bacon as well as lamb lollipops and Peruvian purple potatoes.
