Parole in Libertà Bistrot is born from the influence of “Manifesto of Futurist Cooking” by F.T. Marinetti and the intention to make the guest revalue the “eat and drink” concept, offering an unusual aperitif made of mixology and senses. Both of them host Alchimia 47, a selection of more than 47 gin labels from all over the world, expertly mixed by our master sorcerers.
