The open-air, seaside restaurant and bar celebrate the island’s exceptional bounty, while reaching beyond the borders to embrace other culinary delights. The hotel’s own vegetable garden and orchard – with citrus, mango, passion fruit, banana and coconut trees – provides fresh, organic ingredients for the healthy cuisine in the restaurant, while other food products are mostly locally sourced. Fresh fish from the island, delivered daily by local fishermen is also the chef’s favourite.  Native aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables abound. Subtly cooked with fresh spices, and wafting irresistible aromas, the food is genuine and mouthwatering, natural and healthy.
